Keep moving

I am Alex. I started this blog to keep track of my work outs, meals and to keep myself motivated. To be fit for life and stay healthy.

Breakfast : 4 grain plus flax hot cereal, whole banana with light honey.

Snack: early afternoon salsa and chips..

I am glad I can get a good work out today . Couldn’t last night . Working 12 hours then had to pick my sister up at the airport.

I did tone. So, I guess that’s good.
